Sleuther’s HQ is a monthly subscription product that provides access to a private membership site.  Users will have immediate access to all content assigned to their membership level. Subscription fees automatically renew using whatever payment the customer has provided. Users may cancel their subscription/membership at any time. If a subscription/membership is cancelled mid-way through a billing cycle, the customer will continue to have access to the product/service for the remainder of the billing cycle. Users may change their subscription/membership at any time, and the new purchase will be prorated based on what they have already paid and how much time remains in their current membership.

Other products, including Webinars, research & record requests, workbooks, genealogy courses, and other digital downloads are one-time purchase items and there is no recurring subscription fee.

You may create a FREE account with any purchase! This allows you to access order history, get exclusive discounts and join my email list.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for activities or actions that occur under your account, password, or both. 

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
