Many of these collections are currently incomplete. The dates given are the first and last available volumes only. As an example, the collection of yearbooks held at Riverside Public Library for La Sierra High School begins in 1981 and ends in 2000. However, 1984-1995 yearbooks are not available.
There is no guarantee the person you are searching for will appear in these or any other record collection. For instance, if someone was not registered to vote, they will not be in the Voter Index.
